It was very exciting to deliver Salesforce Field Service Lightning to County of Simcoe Solid Waste Management and meet the folks that deliver, repair, exchange and replace 000,000's waste carts across a diverse area north of Toronto. It was even better that recently we had an opportunity to train the drivers that maintain these carts, at their depot and see the impressive operation on a massive scale.We delivered to the County, a Cloud-based Salesforce solution that helps the operation manage bulky item collection, inventory, warranties, assets, work order, offline mobile app, photos/barcode scanning, driver routing, and integrate to customer service and automated notifications to streamline the end to end delivery of waste carts to all residents in the county.
