Marketing & Content Associate
MuniPaaS produces a steady stream of client-facing materials proposals, presentations, quotes, case studies, and sales assets. The content is usually solid. The polish, consistency, and brand presence are not always where they need to be.
This role is about fixing that gap and building the kind of market presence that reflects the quality of work we actually deliver.
As Marketing & Content Associate, you will be the person who makes MuniPaaS look as good as it performs. You will own the LinkedIn presence, produce branded creative content, and put a professional finish on the client-facing materials that the sales and delivery teams produce.
You will work closely with the Managing Director and have real visibility into the business, the clients, and the work.
This is a hands-on role. You will be producing content and materials directly, not briefing agencies or managing vendors.
You should be comfortable using AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT as part of your daily workflow to accelerate output, and applying strong editorial judgment to make sure the result is always on-brand and worth sending.
